Email marketing analysis to be collated

An
email marketing guide is set to be released next month that will analyse the latest trends developing in the sector.
The Essential Guide to
Email Marketing, which is being compiled by DM News, will include expert opinion from a range of leading digital marketing companies and professionals.
It will investigate the upcoming role of social media in marketing, issues surrounding deliverability and maximising return on investment, and has been described by the news provider as an "inspiring read".
"Another big theme is targeting. Be it geotargeting, behavioral targeting, contextual targeting, triggered targeting, all
email marketing thought leaders agree that having a refined execution based on targeting different people at different times will help increase return on investment," the website said.
Recently DIY chain MyDeco announced that it had revised its customer information database and delivery rates had soared to 99.8 per cent.
The firm said that it was also building a preferences database to improve its
email marketing targeting.
