Magento Version 1.3.1.1 'improves online customers' page'

The Magento Version 1.3.1.1 is now available for download and upgrade.

Magento advises users on multiple domains to upgrade to this version, while databases and files should be backed up before commencing the upgrade.

This latest version includes an update to improve security for Magneto installations which use sub-domains or multiple domains in a single installation.

Issue resolutions for Magento version 1.3.x are also included.

Bugfixes to the version include an added media directive to the email templates filter and an improved online customers' page to prevent affecting frontend performance for users opening the page in admin.

Magento also has announced the availability of the User Guide, which it describes as "the definitive source for tutorials and information on configuring and managing your Magento store".

Available as an ebook, the guide will deliver "numerous benefits" and quickly provide additional return on investment for those who own a Magento store, while information will include creating promotions and setting up tax rates.
