Businesses wishing to maximise the benefits of
WordPress hosting may benefit from seeking external guidance, it has been suggested.
According to US-based WPLookup, using the blog publishing platform is "not that difficult to begin with", but requires a degree of specialist expertise if firms wish to "unleash its full range of features".
Writing for Killer Startups, the firm explained that WordPress is more agile and flexible than it first appears.
"For example, did you know that you could arrange to have your posts published automatically at a date that you specify beforehand?" it questioned.
The company said it is well worth taking the time to master the publishing platform, especially since blogging is "something that appeals to everybody".
Last week, Charles Arthur claimed in his Guardian blog that WordPress users must always keep a close eye on the security of the platform.
The newspaper's technology editor said the growing popularity of the tool potentially made it more of a target for hackers.
