Email 'crucial part of web hosting package'

Businesses looking for a reliable web hosting package should ensure that email accounts are linked to their deal, according to a leading industry website.
Web Hosting News claims that business looking for a web hosting package should select a deal based on the needs of their site.
It claims that email accounts are "an integrated and crucial part of a web hosting package" and should be something a company looks for such a deal.
Other issues highlighted by the site include web space, bandwidth, up time and visibility, server form and the level of technical support as things to look for in a good web hosting deal.
"Requirement of Web space varies from site to site if user requirement is only a web site containing basic information then space of 50 MB is quite sufficient. However, a complex e-commerce site along with numerous products in one's database demands a capacity of 1 GB," explains the site.
Phil Sayer from Forrester recently wrote on Computing.co.uk that managed hosting will be popular during troubled economic times.
