Church website benefiting from WordPress hosting

An American priest has explained how WordPress hosting is helping his church to engage better with the local and wider community.

The Reverend Michael Pipkin, of the Falls Church, Virginia, noted how he had established a new, user-friendly website using the content management system.

Not only this, but through WordPress he is able to update and manage content through his iPhone.

Rev Pipkin added: "If your church's website is based on Wordpress formats, you can use the application to control nearly everything on your site.

It is possible to create new pages, add news and information, upload pictures, and more, he commented.

Earlier this month, the Soft Sailor Blog explained that WordPress users can easily add photos to their blogs by integrating Flickr galleries with their website.

It reported that photos and pictures can be hosted by website blogs without the need to install plugins.
