Spam Wall

When using our spam filtering service you will receive 'Spam Quarantine' emails to alert you to mail that is being held for you on our servers suspected of spam.

In this email there will be a 'Click Here' link. You must click on this which will take you through to your quarantine inbox.



Then you need to mark the messages and chose 'Classify as spam' so the system knows to delete these in future, or if they are not spam mark the ones you would like to allow etc, etc.



The system will block the messages you classify as spam by not only working on the from address but also the content of the messages (words, subject etc).
