* Get message headers only: This setting may drastically reduce the amount of time required to receive messages and does allow full messages to be downloaded individually. Optimal settings for the Include option will depend on your incoming mail volume and the amount of memory available on your device. If you find that your e-mail consumes too much memory, you may want to decrease the message body size (KB) number.
* Get full copy of messages: This setting allows you to read entire messages offline, but it may take up more storage space on your device. The option When getting full copy, get attachments will make all attachments available to you offline. Set the size limit sub-option if you want to conserve memory. Tap Finish
You will now be able to send and receive emails.
