Upgrade to managed Cloud support
If you're not confident about managing your own Cloud or simply need additional support you can upgrade your Cloud support service to Managed Cloud cover.
Included as standard with all Cloud Hosting packages:
- a one-hour fix on hardware
- virtualisation updates
- full Root Access or Remote Desktop Access
- VPS re-imaging
- proactive monitoring of the network
- installation of SSLs purchased through GlobalGold
- inital setup including custom software installations for vBulletin/Magento; including xcache and mcrypt
- assistance with Plesk on Linux
- installation of FileZilla, MailEnable, SmarterStats and Remote Desktop on Windows
However, if you need more assistance you can now upgrade your service level to either of the Managed Service packages detailed below. With any managed support package third party configuration will be charged at our hourly rate unless explicitly agreed in writing.
